Carla Balk is a driven, quite passionate agent who goes out of her way to help her clients reach their real estate goals with the upmost professionalism. With six years in the business, Carla has proven to be a strong negotiator for her clients in order to best carry out her fiduciary duties for her buyers and sellers. Carla is also available 24/7 for her clients as they are her top priority. Before her real estate career, Carla was an English and drama teacher for 33 years. Carla uses these skills she’s learned in her long-time teaching career to really listen to her client’s fears as well as their needs. Carla truly believes that there are no unimportant questions and does her best to understand all their concerns in order for her clients to be able to move forward with their buying and selling ventures with confidence. In her spare time, Carla sings and acts in local community theatre productions.
