This position has huge income potential. Compensation consists of $14/HR paid every two weeks as a base plus bonuses up to $1200 PER WEEK. Our team, in 2015, closed OVER 350 transactions.
Ideal candidates will have some sales experience, a background or some understanding of the real estate industry, a successful track record of converting prospects into clients. Must be a self-starter with a strong initiative and a great communicator. High energy, positive, win-win attitude, passionate about being a part of a team and growth!
Our Real Estate Team carries an active listing inventory of 50 homes and we need these held open in order to attract more buyers for our clients. Candidate must be comfortable holding open houses Tuesday – Saturday afternoon from 3-6pm. Mornings will be spent following up w/ past leads and other internet lead sources. The ideal candidate must be persistent with strong ASSERTIVE PHONE AND FACE/FACE skills. Must be comfortable with a routine of CALLING 250+ OUTGOING CALLS PER DAY. This position requires independent decision making skills, being self-sufficient and being self-directed with strong attention to detail while thriving on establishing and nurturing personal relationships.

The Job Description Includes:
– Place signs and hold open houses 5 days per week
– CALL ALL 250+ leads provided daily.
– Monitor and track website registrations.
– 50% OF THE DAY SPENT ON THE PHONE
– Maintain contact database by receiving leads from the team, sourcing the
leads, assigning them for follow up and entering them for ongoing relations
– Provide lead follow-up tracking, appointments and conversions
– The individual must value his/her commitments, have a strong work ethic and
desire results and success. Individual must have a strong sense of urgency,
following through on deadlines and consistently meeting job standards.
– The individual must value communication and have the desire to provide high
levels of customer service.
– The individual will have strong initiative. They will seek out opportunities for
growth or take on new responsibilities without having to be asked.
