We were moving from California to Phoenix and needed an awesome realtor, especially since we are first time home buyers and essentially had no idea what we were doing. Sadly, our first realtor was unresponsive, lazy, and did not seem to care about our business. The housing market is extremely competitive in the East Valley right now, and we wanted a big house with a pool.
